In 2008, Arts Kidz opened its first campus in the fashionable Singapore suburb, Tiong Bahru. The school’s unique approach to learning and specially designed curriculum quickly made an impression on the surrounding community and thanks to word-of-mouth and glowing referrals from the school’s pioneer parents, the number of students steadily grew. Before long, Arts Kidz had over 100 children from nations including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. By 2012, with a growing waiting list to enrol at the school, the management team knew that it was time to expand.

Nestled amongst the lush greenery of Bukit Timah, Arts Kidz’s second campus opened in 2012 to cater to the growing number of families seeking an Arts Kidz education. Whilst still under the umbrella of the Arts Kidz ethos, approach and Arts programme, Arts Kidz Bukit Timah aimed to provide top quality early years education for a broader international community by adopting the International Primary Curriculum and a northern hemisphere school calendar.

Committed to ongoing professional development, Arts Kidz gained both Business Continuity Management (BCM) and bizSAFE certification. This process successfully streamlined operations and enhanced policy development to provide better safeguards and assurance for both our families and investors.

In 2015, another milestone was reached with the launch of the Arts Kidz International Franchise Package. Supported by the Singapore Government's push to bring Singaporean education beyond its national borders, Arts Kidz now aims to bring its unique approach to learning in the early years into the Asia-Pacific region.

The Arts Kidz Team is made up of carefully selected staff from all over the world. Each class has a Lead Teacher and Teacher Assistants. Our Mandarin, Japanese and Korean language teachers are all native speakers, and we have specialist teachers in the areas of: visual art, Chinese speech and drama, the Positive Focus programme, music and violin.
